For the purposes of these Terms, “Member” refers to any individual with an active membership. “Content” refers to all digital materials provided by Returning to the Circle, including meditations, rituals, workshops, written materials, audio, and video. “Events” refer to virtual or in-person gatherings, workshops, or retreats offered by Returning to the Circle. “Services” refer to membership access, community engagement, and events provided by Returning to the Circle.
3. Membership and Description of Services
Returning to the Circle provides membership access at two tiers: the Basic Tier at $33 per month and the VIP Tier at $366 per year. Membership provides streaming access to all guided meditations, rituals, workshops, and other spiritual content. Members also have access to a private online community hosted on a third-party platform, Circle. Membership may include registration for virtual or in-person events. In-person events included in membership access will cost no more than $33. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Members may be required to create an account to access certain content. Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for providing accurate and current information during registration. Members must engage respectfully within the community and refrain from harassment, offensive behavior, or illegal activities. Members may not share their login credentials or content outside the platform. Participation in community activities is voluntary, and members are responsible for their own mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All memberships, subscriptions, and event fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle the member to a refund for prior payments. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Membership access may be suspended if payments are not successfully processed.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All content on this website is owned by Returning to the Circle or its content creators. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Members may not copy, distribute, share, reproduce, or sell any content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.
7. Community Content
Members may contribute content, including posts, comments, and questions, within the community space. By contributing content, members grant Returning to the Circle a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share contributions within the platform for community purposes. Members are solely responsible for any content they post and must not post material that is offensive, harmful, or illegal.

11. Event Waiver
Participation in any virtual or in-person events is voluntary. Members assume full responsibility for any outcomes, risks, or effects that may occur from participating in events. Returning to the Circle and its organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or discomfort incurred during events. Members agree to follow event guidelines and respect the safety and well-being of all participants.
12. Termination
Returning to the Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate member accounts for violations of these Terms, community guidelines, or other reasons at its discretion. Termination does not exempt members from payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
Members agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through negotiation before initiating legal action. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon, United States.
15. Modifications to Terms
Returning to the Circle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Force Majeure
Returning to the Circle is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
